Therapy & Therapy Intensives

Providers for IFS & EMDR 1:1 Therapy Online Booking

Please see link above for online booking calendar and details of providers for weekly or fortnightly 1:1 therapy sessions.

Therapy Retreats are different to our group retreats and Transforming Trauma Programmes. These are bespoke 1:1 intensive therapeutic endeavours, offering deeper immersive exploration and healing within a short period of time. They take place over 2 or 3 days, during which you receive a number of 1:1 therapy sessions collaboratively co-constructed based on your personal needs, aims and preferences.

As with all our group offerings the bedrock or foundation of your Therapy Retreat will be with Zandra and based on IFS, in its purest form or integrated with EMDR, Somatic work, Polyvagal interventions (Safe and Sound protocol, body based practices), Compassion Focused Therapy or other modality as indicated. You will co-construct the structure of your therapy intensive retreat during one or two 90 minute consultations in advance of your retreat weekend.

In addition to these foundational therapies you will choose from a menu of other 1:1 interventions with carefully chosen providers who truly excel in their fields to receive a full mind, body, spirit accelerated healing experience. The interventions to support your unburdening and integration include a menu of options that will be carefully chosen with you.

Despite multiple interventions within a short time these days are gentle, spacious and paced by your system. They’re carefully crafted to ensure sufficient integration time, nourishing of the body, connection and trust with your parts internally and your providers externally.

if you wish to engage in this process alongside others do look at our IFS retreats page.

Therapy intensives can be in person or online.

Transforming Trauma in Community – Therapeutic Group

This online Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy group to help participants explore and understand the different “parts” of themselves that have developed in response to difficult life experiences. In a supportive and confidential environment, members are guided to gently recognise protective parts, wounded parts, and the core Self that exists beneath them. The group setting allows participants to witness their own inner experiences while learning from others who may share similar struggles, creating a powerful sense of connection, validation, and safety.

Through guided exercises, reflective discussion, and compassionate facilitation, participants learn practical ways to build a healthier relationship with their inner world. The group focuses on increasing self-awareness, reducing shame, and healing trauma. Over time, members develop greater self-compassion, emotional regulation, and resilience, supporting meaningful healing and lasting personal growth.
